How is the 3-day trial billed?

Choose a subscription first. The first 3 days are the trial period. If you do not cancel, your selected plan is billed on day 4. You can cancel anytime.

Do subscription plans have a data limit?

Fair-use thresholds apply: 1 TB per month on Standard and 3 TB per month on Premium. After the threshold, speeds are reduced until the next billing period.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, iPad and Android are supported today, with an APK available for Android. macOS, Windows and Linux apps are in development.

Can I get a refund?

Refund handling depends on where you purchased. Website orders follow our refund policy; App Store and Google Play orders are handled by their respective platforms.
